Our Antelope Valley Drug & Alcohol Rehab Programs
Addiction is not a one‑size‑fits‑all condition. That is why Healthy Living offers a full continuum of care, from medical detox to long‑term outpatient support, so you or your loved one receives the right level of treatment at every stage of recovery.
Medical Detox
Detoxification is the first and most critical step in addiction recovery. During detox, the body safely clears itself of drugs or alcohol under 24/7 medical supervision. Without proper medical oversight, withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, or benzodiazepines can become life-threatening.
At Healthy Living, our medical detox program includes:
- Around-the-clock monitoring by licensed nurses and physicians
- FDA-approved medications to manage withdrawal symptoms comfortably and safely
- Individual clinical assessment to build your personalized treatment plan
- Transition support into the next level of care upon detox completion
Inpatient / Residential Rehab
Residential inpatient rehab provides the most intensive level of care available. You live at our facility full-time while receiving comprehensive treatment in a structured, substance-free environment. This level of care is recommended for those with moderate-to-severe addiction, prior relapses, or co-occurring mental health conditions.
Our inpatient program includes:
-
Individual therapy with licensed counselors (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
-
Group therapy and peer support sessions
-
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) where clinically appropriate
-
Dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders
-
Life skills, relapse prevention, and discharge planning
-
Family therapy and education sessions
-
Onsite medical care, chef-prepared meals, and comfortable residential setting
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured step-down from residential care or a primary entry point for those whose home environment is stable enough to support recovery. IOP typically involves 9–20 hours of weekly programming while you live at home or in a sober living environment.
IOP at Healthy Living includes:
-
Group therapy sessions multiple times per week
-
Individual counseling and progress check-ins
-
Relapse prevention education and coping strategy training
-
Family involvement and support services
-
Flexible scheduling for working adults
Outpatient Drug Rehab (OP)
Standard outpatient programs provide continued recovery support with fewer weekly hours, typically under 9 hours per week. This is ideal for clients transitioning out of IOP or those managing early-stage addiction while maintaining work and family obligations. Healthy Living’s outpatient program keeps you connected to clinical support and community.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment (Co-Occurring Disorders)
A large percentage of individuals who struggle with drug or alcohol addiction also experience underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. This is called dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder.
Without treating both conditions simultaneously, lasting recovery is difficult. Healthy Living provides integrated dual diagnosis treatment that addresses addiction and mental health together through:
-
Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing mental health support
-
Trauma-informed therapy (EMDR, trauma-focused CBT)
-
Medication management for mental health conditions
-
Group therapy focused on emotional regulation and wellness
