Our residential program is set in a safe, welcoming and open environment offering a dynamic and robust set of alternative therapies and counseling, such as trauma therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and more.

Healthy Living is staffed by a team of caring professionals. Our residential treatment team works hard to practice what we preach about substance abuse. We provide a high level of care to all of our residents.

Our facility has a gourmet chef, offering outstanding, nutritious meals three times a day, as well as, healthy snacks because “good food” is an essential part of the healing process.

In treatment our clients can expect individualized programs focusing on their needs and issues singular to them, focusing on trauma, alienation, substance abuse, sex addiction, relapse, et al. We have a doctoral level therapist that brings with her a vast knowledge and experience in working with people dealing with issues of substance abuse and trauma.

Our certified counselors will provide one on one attention for each and every client formulating a cohesive and comprehensive program suited to their individual needs. In addition to one on one attention our client can expect group therapies with their peers. Our groups focus on meaningful connection and individual growth through open discussion and communication with counselors and peers.

Groups such as relapse prevention and spiritual growth, trust, and self-esteem where our clients are given the opportunity to develop the skills and coping mechanisms essential to a sober and healthy life.

The journey from addiction to sobriety can often be harrowing and lonely. Through our group sessions, our clients will learn the tools to help them navigate this journey and make the meaningful connections that will better serve them in life.

Our groups offer clients the opportunity to share their issues in a safe and loving environment enabling them to create connections and build trust. Open discourse and growth is our focus in groups.

But not all needs are met in these groups and we understand this. In addition to our educational and therapeutic groups we also offer other forms of therapies to add dimension and substance to the experience in treatment.

Movement Exercise:  a holistic approach to mindfulness through movement and meditation – an important compliment to the treatment process directing one’s energies to purpose and health.

Reiki / Energy Work: a new approach to aiding and easing the side effects of withdrawals common in detoxification.

And others. . . .

In addition to our robust approach at treating our clients with issues of substance abuse and trauma, our facility is also Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) and dog friendly.
